Things to do this half-term in and around Norfolk

So it’s half term, time to spend some time and money 🙄 with the little ankle biters, there’s loads of free things to do in Norfolk like the beach, broads or woodland walks , especially as we are having such a mild autumn, but if you are thinking of going somewhere for the day and parting with some hard earned cash here are my top 5 for this half term, you’re welcome 😘

.

1. The SPOOKY express👻, mini Bure Valley railway, goes from Aylsham to Wroxham, have fun looking out for the ghostly ghouls on route and solving the puzzle to earn your reward !  Once in Wroxham You might also like to take advantage of the free child places ( max of 2 per adult) that the @broadstoursboats are offering over half term adults are £9

2. @roarr_dinosauradventure 🧟‍♀️

You may have seen my stories last week where I was scared silly at @primevilscare. However during the day the lovely folks at Roarr tone it down but there’s still tons of spooky stuff going on and with 50% off for everyone who goes in Halloween fancy dress there’s no better time to go. Older ones are catered for to now with an awesome aerial adventure!

3. @gressenhall_fw 🧙‍♀️

Gets bewitched during half term Learn how to protect yourself against their wicked ways! Find the witches’ lost creatures around the museum and create your own witch’s ‘familiar’ to take home with you. Gressenhall closes for winter on the 28th of October so this is your last chance for this season to visit this awesome museum.

4. @bewilderwood_official 🎃

Is great during most months of the year but there is something truly magical about their glowing lantern parade, we went a couple of years ago and had a blast the park takes on a whole new feel at dusk so be prepared to stay late, get crafty and creative and soak in the magic.

5. @undleyfarmevents 🚩

and maize maze ,technically Suffolk but worth the drive as there’s so much more to do than pick your own pumpkins….inflatables, crafts and a maze and dogs are welcome which Bono loves, plus Bury St Edmund’s is lovely to visit and I can highly recommend the Dog and Partridge or the Mason arms for lunch. The Masons is particularly dog friendly👍
